What's included

This is a four month program and includes…

A full course of modules that you can work through at your own pace - and it only takes 10 minutes a day - including videos, worksheets, resources, etc. so you’re not googling everything and scrambling to figure it out…and you can do them whenever works for you. Zoom group coaching calls twice a month for coaching and support, these calls are 1 hour each, where I will coach you through different topics and give you the opportunity to ask questions and get individualized support and help. We even have occasional guest coaches (body image, personal trainer, mindset). These calls are always recorded for you to watch back anytime if you can’t make them live (you can pre-submit questions).

Weekly one-on-one check-ins via email to work on individual goals and struggles and make sure you are supported and making consistent progress. I will send you survey link on Fridays to will out over the weekend, on Monday I will send you email/voice message feedback to answer questions and help you create a plan for the week. These are optional!

A private online community for you to ask questions and get support and share wins and struggles ANYTIME. We share goals on Mondays, wins on Fridays and you can message the group anytime to get support and and ask questions! You have a community of like-minded women cheering you on! 

Unlimited access to me as your coach (I’m a registered dietitian and created this program because I’ve been where you are) for questions, support, guidance, etc. Instead of having to "wait" until your next appointment, you have a dietitian in your back pocket that you can reach out to ANYTIME for help!

  • How long is the program?

    This is a program is 4 month program. It is designed to give you the right amount of time to help you heal your relationship with food and your body and create lasting healthy habits through my proven method.

  • What is the time commitment?

    I work with a lot of busy women so I make this program VERY do-able time wise. Plan on about ONE HOUR a week to work on the program. A lot of what you are doing is IMPLEMENTING what you're learning, into your daily life!

  • How do I know if this will work?

    I've tried it all. I've been in your shoes. I've dieted, I've had an unhealthy relationship with food and after a lot of trial and error, I've found peace with food and living a healthy, balanced life. I can help you do the same! I've worked with over 250 women to help them stop the dieting cycle and create sustainable healthy habits for life and they have! This will work for you too!

  • What are your credentials?

    I have been a registered dietitian for 11 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a Master's degree in Nutrition Science. I am an expert in nutrition and creating healthy habits. I have also overcome my own disordered eating so I know exactly how to walk you through the process step by step.

  • What type of support can I expect once the program ends?

    After my Healthy Habits Coaching Program concludes, you will be eligible for an exciting opportunity to join us in our Healthy Habits Alumni Membership. This is a lower-cost membership to get ongoing intimate coaching and support from me and your fellow program grads to help you continue to stay motivated, troubleshoot any issues and continue making healthy, lasting changes.

I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 10 years. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Dietetics and a Masters degree in Nutrition Science. I have several specialty certifications, including being a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. I have the education and skills to help you understand food, metabolism, your body and how to create a healthy lifestyle that is actually sustainable for YOU. Not only am I an expert in all things nutrition but I personally spent years struggling with my own unhealthy relationship with food and my body. I've finally learned the tools and key concepts to having a healthy life - mind and body - that is not only achievable, but maintainable!
